He is actively working for the past five years to help people move better every day realizing them the importance of it, how to maximize productivity, creativity & capabilities while minimizing the unnecessary stress, pains, ailments.
Both mentally & physically by getting helped greatly through Yoga & Movement.
Aman designed Movement & Mindfulness Breaks Program after finding similar patterns overtime with people following sedentary & looking at the need for it in the present-day at large.
